Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Dockmaster desktop application and the dockmaster.plamen-it.com website (together, the "Software"), operated by Plamen IT (plamen-it.com, info@plamen-it.com). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. License

Dockmaster is freeware. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

3. Your responsibility for what you run

Dockmaster is a command hub: it starts, stops, and streams logs for commands and applications you configure, on your machine. You are solely responsible for the projects, scripts, and commands you choose to run through it, and for any consequences of running them. Dockmaster does not review, sandbox, or vouch for the safety of commands you configure.

4. Updates and availability

Dockmaster is provided as freeware and may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. We do not guarantee any particular feature, release cadence, or continued availability of update or download infrastructure.

5. Privacy

Our handling of data — including the desktop app's optional, anonymous usage telemetry — is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT IT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR ENVIRONMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAMEN IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (WHICH, AS FREEWARE, IS ZERO).

8. Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the Software. We may discontinue or restrict access to the website or update infrastructure at any time; you may stop using the Software and uninstall it at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
